The Programme Committee of the ICA Abu Dhabi Congress would like to thank all applicants who submitted a proposal for the programme. We received over 400 proposals from all over the world on topics that range from Shared Archival Heritage, User Experience, Digital Humanities, Sustainability to Cybersecurity and Information Governance, Digital Preservation, and Legal and Ethical matters.
The details of the programme around dates, timing, and structuring sessions are still being developed. Stay in touch through the Congress and ICA website, the ICA Newsletter and the ICA social media channels (Twitter – Facebook).
Registration and Travel
- Speakers, presenters, panel members and workshop facilitators are required to register to attend the congress, as well as cover their own travel to Abu Dhabi and accommodation costs in this city.
- Membership of ICA is not required in order to attend or present, but ICA members enjoy a reduced registration fee. If you want to join the ICA or renew your membership, please visit the following link: https://www.ica.org/en/join-international-council-archives
- A limited number of bursaries to assist speakers with the costs of attending the Congress may be available.
